I absolutely agree to what Craig said.
I just want to add that you should insert the onMouseOut-Tags. I saw that
you use OnMouseOvers to write your stuff into the status bar and that this
stuff stays there.
...Irritating....
And, is it really necessary to add all the ads on every site ?
...just my 2 cents...
