First Commercial Site

Hello, I am working on my first Commercial Site. Right now I am creating a
couple templates to present to the company we are selling this too.

is the URL to the template site. Right now nothing works on it except the
Plans and Terms of Sale....we will use this site in  our presentation to mr.
Raley.
If anyone could tell me what they think I would appreciate it greatly as I
want this presentation to go smoothly.
