Hi list members,
a few weeks ago, I was a bit unlucky with my first redesign of the (German
and English) web site http://www.schoening-online.de/ due to a server
shutdown at my provider ( and some other troubles right after uploading).
This time the site ought to be accessed reliably ;-)
I'm not asking for critique on special topics except one (see below) - ANY
critique is welcome, and don't hold back - I think I can stand it !!
The one thing that's of greatest interest to me is: does the site itself
meet the message 'Universal Accessibility is an outstanding topic in web
design' ? I used CSS throughout for design except the logo globe, of course,
and a VERY simple table: one row with just one cell containing everything
except the footer, one row with three cells for footer. If I could get a
hint for achieving the footer without a table I would be very happy :-))
As for the sometimes a bit 'too German' English: I'm already in contact with
a nice member of the list who will help me (I'm helping to translate an
English page to German).
Thanks in advance!
Gerhard
