My specs:
Win98, IE 4.x, 56k modem, 800 x 600, 32-bit color
First page:
The page loaded quickly. The left blue border repeats at this =
resolution. I would suggest making the background image at least 1024 =
pixels wide to avoid this. The images in the upper left corner have a =
yellow (?) halo around them. The text "The CDM Team" in this image also =
has the yellow halo. Personal preference, I guess, but I don't care =
much for the style of the logo here. It needs something...bevels or a =
drop shadow perhaps?

Same problem with the background. This page has a line in front of the =
"Sign Up Now for the February 1st Launch" image. Looks like you started =
your HREF tag just before a group of  's, causing it to underline =
those spaces.
The site is easy to navigate and each page loads quickly. I notice the =
only contact information given on the site is to a hotmail account and =
an ICQ #. If this is due to the prelim. stages of the site, I =
understand. But, if your client really wants people to respond, they =
may need to be a bit more forthcoming about who they are and how they =
can be contacted.
