WebSite pointers needed

Hello Neighbors, and Fellow children of Earth:

I need someone (Anyone at all) to give me some pointers about this website

It's my personal page, and I'm wondering what category it might fall into. I
also think it lacks on anything remotely being content. I have been working
on it for almost two years and still can't see what to do with it. Also what
is the best way to organize a link page?
