I'd like a critique of my law firm site at http://www.attny.com/.

http://www.attny.com/fragcin.html; http://www.attny.com/frabln.html;
http://www.attny.com/fraprac.html; and http://www.attny.com/fraattys.html.

This site has been up and running since 1995. Our principal focus is federal
procurement, and today federal procurement is conducted over the
Internet-paper copies of multi-billion dollar solicitations for supplies and
services are a thing of the past. Likewise, electronic legal research has
moved from dial-up connections to WESTLAW and LEXIS/NEXIS to searchable
collections of legal research materials available over the Internet.

The first five pages of our site reflect these trends-an opening page,
http://www.attny.com/Welcome.html, followed by four pages,
http://www.attny.com/frastat.html, http://www.attny.com/frareg.html,
http://www.attny.com/fradecis.html, and http://www.attny.com/procure.html,
that are, in essence, collections of bookmarks for online statutes,
regulations, decisions, and procurement information. The next two pages,
http://www.attny.com/fragcin.html and http://www.attny.com/frabln.html,
provide access into a collection of published articles on government
contracts law and Black Lung defense issues. The final two pages,
http://www.attny.com/fraprac.html and http://www.attny.com/fraattys.html,
provide details about our practice and our backgrounds.

I redesigned the site last summer. You can take a look at
http://www.attny.com/welframe.html to see what things looked like before the
redesign. Our newsletters are published on blue paper and printed in
columnar format with a Goudy font face and extensive rules-PDF copies are
available on the http://www.attny.com/fragcin.html page, and the "trade
dress" of the site, if you will, is an attempt to capture this look and
feel.

Traffic has been building each month. This year's results so far are:

January   - 5,527 page views; 2,739 unique domains
February - 6,397 page views; 2,766 unique domains
March     -- 8,061 page views; 3,701 unique domains

In March, the "bookmark" pages had 43% of the page views, the newsletter and
firm information pages had 15.2% of the page views, and the remaining page
views, 41.8%, were accesses for specific newsletter articles.

I'd appreciate any comments at all, including comments on site organization,
site navigation, or any other point to be made. All of the pages, and the
newsletter articles as well, validate under the CSS and HTML validators
(HTML 4.0 Transitional).

Any suggestions as to just how I can move this site to HTML 4.0 Strict
without creating problems for NN4.5 would also be greatly appreciated.
