Requesting critique of Shooting Academy site

Greetings, all!

I'd like your take on my first site's layout, for a Shooting Academy
(www.shoot-n-iron.com). Some things I'm not to happy with, looking to see
what others think (and if they find questionable the same things as I do).

Please include browser, resolution (and monitor size), and connect speed.

I'm also trying out WEFT, currently on index page only (and a real trial to
get set up!). I think if working as promised, it would add to the site's
impact....
