Christopher,

The page looked great........great graphics and loaded really quick.......I
think the navigation needs some work because you had to go back to the
"home" page to go to any of the other sections in the site.
Also one other comment since this is a university site. Do a spell check on
the word "authorised" and you may come up missing a "z" in it instead of an
"s".
I do think you should put links to the main section on each and every page
for easier navigation though.
