I looked at it on Win 98, 56K. IE 5  Netscape  & Opera. I think I would
change the type on the Title, site map and contact. Make them just a little
larger particularly the Title.  You have also left quite allot of space
above the cat's head. I would be tempted to incorporate the cat in to the
title bar at the top.
I like the way it looks when you add a frame to the side as nav bar. It
looks more together. I do this all the time but with tables not frames.
Opera was not good as I couldn't see the JavaScript at all.. I don't think
to many people are using the older browsers but I have some mouseovers on my
sites and can see them with Opera.
