Interestingly designed table you've got there.
Colors are a little bland though, don't stand out well agianst a white
background.
The tiger is nice, but it makes the page unacceptably slow to load on my
system.

On the HTML:
Terrible. It's a mess.
You've got a ton of P elements in there, none of which are terminated
correctly and none of which do a thing. Plus, the first one starts BEFORE
your BODY element.
You've got a centered comment in there, which also does you no good
whatsoever.
And the FONT element you're using overlaps the BODY element.
