Please critique birthday page

Hi,

This is my first post to this list.  I've just completed the main page for a
website I'm doing for a friend's daughter who will be 13 next week.  Her
(the daughter) main interest is gymnastics.  I'd love to know what you think
of it.

Note 1:  The links do not work yet.

Note 2:  My web host uses frames for an ad, so if you look at the code, DO
NOT use the pull-down menu to view the source or else all you'll see is the
code for the frames.  Right-click on the page to see my code.  It should
soon have an ad-free home.
