Browsers: IE 5.01, NS 4.7, Mozilla M12, SciTrek 1X
Win98, 17" monitor, 1024x768, 56k (connected at 45333)

Looks good, all lined up as it was supposed to (apart from comment below),
though took a while to download. I'd put height and width attributes in all
the img tags to avoid any jumping about while loading.most of them are
there, just a couple needed I think.

(The one area where it didn't line up was using the SciTrek 1X browser.
There was a single pixel gap below the "welcome.jpg" and the two tab pics.
Not sure how popular this browser is though.)

One other thing you might want to do is preload the rollover images. It was
only when I viewed the source that I realised they were there, and because
the download was a bit slow it took a while for the rollover images to
appear.
