Hi Scott,
It's a very nice-looking site, with a pleasant subdued color scheme.
I found the navigation confusing. I think briefly-worded links to subpages,
as you have at the bottom, are what people expect and probably find easiest
to use. You're asking them to read the gray boxes in the middle to choose
subpages, and I think that might be too much to ask :) Also, the user
doesn't have any clue that the "More Info" links are going to the same pages
that the bottom links go to.
With easy navigation it would be an excellent site.
