Just some short, random comments:

- The red table of contents in the left frame is too small (I think) and the
red on the black background is difficult to read.

- The dark blue for links in the main document is almost impossible to read!

- You could add a BORDER=0 to that rotating email image (to get rid of the
red link border). And while we're at it: this one has not ALT text either.
