Web Builders Reference Site - commercial critique requested

Hi all,
    I've just been promoted to Site Manager of a site belonging to the media
company in Canada I work for. We currently receive approximately 12,000
distinct pageviews a day to this particular site, and about 180,000 per day
on the whole network of their sites.. and I want this site to catch up
<grin>

To that effect, could you check out   http://www.webpedia.com/   .. You may
also find things of use for yourselfs on there too but I am primarily
interested in usability and maybe even the look of the site (although that
is not my main concern).
