I tried this out in IE4 (don't have IE3 - sorry), and it aligned
correctly.  However, I had a look at the HTML, and there are a few
missing tags which might be causing the problem in IE3.

I've snipped the code a bit to make it shorter, and replaced the < and
> with [ and ] to stop it doing funny things in some browsers...
