Opening page
- Slow in loading graphics
- I don't care for the "down the middle" style
- Why show today's date?
- Tough to read the small text in your graphics (and I don't care for text
in graphics if it can be avoided)
- Animation in your "What's New" graphic is disconcerting
- Unless you have a co-branding agreement with Netwhistle and Freefind, I'd
ditch their graphics
- You really don't say much on your opening page.  I have to wait all that
time for it to load, and it's really just a splash page.  Give me something
to do while I'm waiting, or better yet, don't make me wait so long.
- Page does not work at lower resolutions (horizontal scrolling)

Nichols
- Get rid of the link border around your buttons (other pages as well)

Company history
- Don't like the centered section.
- Your navigation scheme forces me to use the back button to get back to
your navigation on the Nichols page.  How about turning that list into a
side navbar and using it on all of the information pages.

Viewing your other pages shows more of the same thing.  What I'd suggest is
mocking up all of your pages on paper, then organizing them in such a way
that makes sense.  Chances are good that you'll wind up with categories
(like the ones in your top navbar, but don't force yourself into that model,
you may come up with a better one).  After you've done that, work up a
navigation scheme that allows the user to navigate among the pages inside a
category without returning to the main page of the category.  Some people
like to use frames to accomplish this, others don't like that and use tables
that look like frames.  That choice is yours.  Once you have that done, I'd
work with a skilled designer to improve the visual appeal of the site.
