Yes, it definitely reminds me of shamrocks!  I'd call what I see,
Kelly green.  But, I should add that my contrast setting are high
and I tend to see things a lot lighter than many people.  It's
what I'd call a pinstripe with kelly green and either a dark
green or black.

I think I'd make the left and top borders green and leave the
right border out - in other words, white like the main text area.
Just my thoughts.
