Overall impression is that you still haven't decided quite what
you want with the style of the site. It "feels" like there are
several styles sort of mixed in there as if each page was it's
own web.

I admit to having a very negative view of frames. Why? Usually
they don't appear professional to me. I've seen a few sites with
some "seamless" type frames (scroll bars don't show, etc.) which
seem to have a better appearance.

I like the front page graphic but it "feels" too high, like it
needs to be better centered on my screen (Win 98, 800X600, I.E.
5). The buttons also feel too big for the site and a bit too
flashy for the opening graphic, especially with the red borders
when pressed. Also, I really like the way you've dropped the
graphic over the graphic engineer drawing. Now, I would add a
color background instead of white to make it show up better - I
guess a royal blue (don't get it too brilliant) to go with your
button color.

On the inside pages where the frames are - the button text is
done poorly. All text on buttons should start in the same place,
IMHO.

Product graphics are excellent. Very nice, clear, crisp.
