ok, ok, i didn't look at how they did it :).
BODY    { background-attachment: fixed }
is valid css1, does exactly the same thing and hopefully NN
*will* include it, along with support for all the rest of css1
(first) and good portions of 2 (as much as possible). A fixed
background graphic can be quite handy in certain cases, though
I wouldn't say this was a particularly good example.
