Hi Emily,

First, You have 3 links on the opening page that take you off site. At the
very least consider having them open in a new window, so the main site is
still accessible.
Or, add a separate section for links.

Overall the site looks very plain. It needs a cohesive color scheme. Also,
I'm not sure what this site is about. The message of what she does is not
clear to me.
The left side links are distracting and look amateurish...
