Critiques please

Hi- I am new to this list.  I would appreciate it if people could have a
gander at www.phibian.com
It's our corporate site (Phibian Technologies).  We do web design,
programming, graphics and IT consulting.

We have tried to make it as compatible as possible, and would appreciate any
comments from other people using different browsers, OS's, etc, (It's been
tested primarily on NT using IE 3.0/4.0 and Netscape 3.0/4.0), especially
anyone with a text-only browser and/or a text reader.  The resource section
is not compatible with text readers according to our diagnostics, due to the
use of tables w/ multiple columns.  Anyone have any suggestions on this?

It does have frames, and we have no plans to create a no-frames version.
However, the site is viewable without them.  We also use jpegs since: 1)
they are much smaller, 2) the aol crowd is not really part of our target
market, and 3) no one has complained yet.  How do they appear to you people?
