A few comments I hope are helpful:

- In the portfolio, I find it disconcerting that I have to mouse-over a
thumbnail to be able to view the thumbnail effectively.  I recommend that
you make the frame on the thumbnail change and not the thumbnail itself.
- at 640x480 the content of your bottom frame wraps and is not accessible
because scrolling is set to "off"
- remove all the extraneous items from the home page (the browser upgrade
links)
- make your design firm link smaller and have it a the bottom of every page
(if allowed by client)
- at 640x480 only the logo shows above the fold making it difficult to see
if I want to go further into the site.  Maybe reducing the size of the logo,
moving it to the upper left corner, placing it on every page to enhance
"branding", and using it as a link to the home page would help.
- add some photos to the home page, so I can see if this photographer really
knows what he is doing
- change your navigation bar so that I can tell what section I am in; when I
click "contact", I go to a screen that looks, at first, just like the home
page.  I wonder if I clicked or not.
