I used-
MSIE 4.0
31,200 connection
Win 95 Pentium, 32M ram
600 X 800 res/True Color

The first page loaded quickly, the navigation was easy to understand and the
second page was very informative containing all the information I would want
to know if I were looking for a web design company.

Some constructive hints-
Re-do your graphics and be certain to use anti-aliasing on all the text

Limit your table width by using a specific pixel width designation. At 600
X 800 the table auto-stretches and bleeds your light grey text over the red
side bar section which makes it really hard to read. If you use pixel
designations and then center the entire table it will align the same in all
resolutions.

You might re-consider the text color. Though it is okay on the black areas
it's not that powerful nor easy to read.

Move the html guild and rasc logos to the bottom. Your text is interesting
enough that most folks will read down and see them eventually.

Check your spelling, grammar and usage. For example, it is competitive not
competative. I think you mean to say you "cater to...." not "cater for..."
and you have a client listed as "Brian Edwards Fruits Trees" which I really
hope is not the client's name.

Also, you may want to get rid of the little smiley icon on the Free Stuff
section. People looking at your site who are not e-mail and bulletin board
savvy may not know what that is.

Finally, add a doc-type definition to the top of your page and run it
through a validator. You may want to check out the free service at
websitegarage.com which will help you with optimizing your images, spelling
checks and browser compatibility.

Hope this is helpful. In general you have a great start there.
