Just a quick look, but here are some thougths:

- works well at low resolutions, but gets really spread out at higher ones.
- black type against blue background is hard to read.
- logo doesn't seem as crisp as need be
- menu forces me to click twice when there is only one option
- got a 404 on the news archives
