Viewed your site using NT Workstation 4 SP3, NN4.04, at 1024x768
millions of colours, 1600x1200 thousands of colours and somewhere around
700x500 (just a guess) with Dual channel ISDN (128k)

Loading time was almost immediate, always a good thing to say.  Ok on
with the critique. Please note that it's just my personal opinion, and
it doesn't count for to much.

Your index page seems to have far to many little buttons and so forth,
it distracts from what you want to say.  Maybe instead of these buttons,
you could give more info on what you want your site to convey.  

Your center table that you use for our navigation you are using to
different sizes of text, it would look better if they were the same, the
smaller font would be better, as even at 1600x1200 it's large.  Also I
see that you are using Verdana as your font. Not the most common, it may
be better to use Verdana, Arial, Helvetica  as this would allow some
control on machines that do not have verana installed.

Looking through more of your pages, you still use the large font. But
then again on other pages  (how to be annoying) you have time new at 12
points.  

To answer your questions -

1. Is it conversational in its tone?.... Yes it comes across very well.
2. Accessibility:   Loading times are good.
3. Consistency: Try and keep to the same font, but otherwise Ok, though
loose the green bullets as they don't mach the colour scheme of the
site.
4. Navigation, Simple enough!
5. Design & maintenance: did'nt see any thing wrong.
6. all Ok.

	Are there dead links? Broken CGI scripts? Functionless forms?
	Is page length appropriate to site content?

	Is the site moderate in its use of color?
	Does it avoid juxtaposing text and animations?
	Does it provide feedback whenever possible?
