critique pls IE4+ site

Hi,
I made a site for users of Outlook Express stationery...these people by =
definition use IE4+ (since it is a freebie with IE)...so please don't =
ream me for non-cross-browser compatibility <S>, I made it for IE/OE =
users & try my best to redirect the JS-enabled & have a <noscript> part =
for the rest.

Hopefully I can get some input on the site & what I have been able to do =
with my very limited knowledge of DHTML.

I apologize in advance if in 2 days any answers directed directly to me =
get returned, we are moving to another state & will be changing ISP's. & =
Apologies for such short notice, but this turned out way bigger than I =
planned & I just finished it.
