Very sharp looking site -- Loads fast - Clear crisp graphics.
Love the Logo - and the sticky note.

I would rethink the purple color on the roll over links. (IMO)
Really like the way you spaced the bottom address and copywrite info.

Must you have the W3C - Bobby images/links? Was this required for the class?
If not, I'd remove them. Yikes! they are on every page...

If this was (is) a real site, I'd add a portfolio section, or more pics in
the Graphic design section. If I was going to hire you, I'd want to see more
of your work ;)

Overall, very clean design.
