Suggestions?

Hi:

I'm looking for a critique of my personal web site.  It's over a year old and I want to give it a makeover, but would like some
suggestions.  I'm especially interested in what does and doesn't work format/graphically speaking.

A no-frames version is available and prompts the user if their browser isn't frames-friendly.  That version is:
http://w3.one.net/~jdsprst/index2.htm

The site is "PG-13" rated, as there are few sound bytes with multiple expletives.
