Another Site Critique

I recently asked for you all to review my site, and I have since taken most
of what you have told me into consideration and have tryed to improve
things.  I do have a minor problem and am relying on you to help me.  I have
basically two duplicate copies of my site on the same sever, one is ment for
IE40 browsers and the other is ment for everyone else.  I happen to have
IE40 and it automatically corrects some of the errors that you have been
mentioning to me, basically I have never seen them before and still won't.
