Critique of a commercial site

**This is a commercial site.**
Last week I asked for a critique of a new web site design and hosting
service.  I only received a couple and they either said it was great or it
was terrible.  I threw the site out and started over.  The finished product
is now up and running at my own domain.

Could you take a look at it and critique not only the HTML, but the design,
feel and information.  I am especially concerned with the load time, as I am
with a new hosting service.  Let me also know the speed of your connection
and browser type.
