Hi Andy,

The best way to get a download time check is with a free service from Net
Mechanic. It will ping your server once every 15 minutes for 8 hours
straight and give you a report at their website.

Just click the following URL and type in your URL and e-mail address and 8
hours from now, you'll know how your server is performing.
