Hey All!

Well, after some replies the site had some (minor) updates and a (major)
addition. If anyone can critique the following:

Notes: The most right selection on this welcome page is not linked and there
are grammatical errors seen all over - it's the design and speed I'm most
worried about at this moment.

I'd be very thankful for any critique I receive - good or bad!
