I checked out your religious site and have a few comments (all are IMHO and
in ignorance of what your client asked for).

1. I would remove the counter - it doesn't look good having so few visitors.

2. The top Urgent Revolution logo is far too big in filesize at 23 Kb.

3. I would compress the stuff at the bottom of the first page so there is
less scrolling.

4. Some pages have ' * ' as bullets. Maybe something more imaginative would
enhance the lists.

5. In the order form page, the input boxes were not lined up and looked very
messy. If you still want the whole form centred, put the form in a centred
table.

6. There was not a lot of content, just a few lists. Maybe a few extracts
from the book, or articles, book review...something more substantial than a
list of ideals.

7. The background was not seamless, though not badly so.

8. In 640x480, the order form page and first page have horizontal scrolling.

9. In 640x480, the left menu items disappear because you've set vert
scrolling off. Either turn it on, and get a scroll bar, or get rid of frames
and put it all in tables for layout.

10. All pages had a doctype except the menu page on the left.

11. The frame divider/border had resizing on, so I could resize the frames.
You might like to turn this off.

12. The code looked good and complete.

13. The site needs some pictures or more colour, it was a little dead.
