Hi Jay and the list, I took a look at your site, and have a few comments.
They are all IMHO of course.

1. I liked the graphic titles. They are well made and their filesize is good
(small).

2. Maybe the members pic at the bottom of the first page could be bigger?
And sharper? And maybe halfway through the text above it to help break the
block of text up.

3. I liked the logo on its side on the subpages.

4. You need navigation to your whole site from your subpages. I had to keep
going back to the first page.

5. I personally dislike webrings, though in your scenario it may be
appropriate, being a brotherhood. Nonethless, a list of links is, IMHO,
better.

6. I liked the colours, especially the background colour. It adds so much
class and sophistication. I felt you could introduce one more colour.

7. The loading times were good.

8. The first page has horizontal scrolling at 640x480 resolution.

9. Your html files lack a doctype. Go to w3's site [1] for explanations and
to choose the best for your site.

10. Otherwise the code is good.

11. The only major thing I would change is the main text font. I would
change it to a sans-serif font like verdana, arial, helvetica.
