Site Critque

Hello everyone!

This is my first request for a critique.  I'm in the process of re-designing
my personal site to update it to the HTML 4.0 standard.  I'm using style
sheets for the first time and would like your opinion.  Some of the pages
still have the old format but the main index pages are finished.  Any
constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
