Hello, this is the first time I've asked for a critique here. The page I =
have in mind is just a simple form for a Science Fiction and Fantasy =
convention, meant only to collect information from the artists and =
authors who will participate. I tried to make it pleasing to the eye as =
well as utilitarian.  Most of them have had no trouble and many have =
emailed their compliments regarding ease of use. The page can be found =

What is your feeling on the use of the dark background with white and =
green text?  Can you see any way to organize the vast number of =
questions more efficiently?=20

Also, what does the error "EXTEND FAILED" mean? The reason I ask is that =
one aging author using AOL sent me the following exasperated email after =
trying to use the form and I have no idea how to fix the problem: =20
>> I just spent about ten minutes on your frigging=20
>> program and now it won't send. EXTEND FAILED. =20
>> I think my text has disappeared. I don't intend to =20
>> do this very often.=20
