Peter,

When I click on the "Plink" at the top of the index page, I'm taken to a
framed page with 'action cancelled page not available' in both frames. This
soon changes to http://www.delvalnet.com/pchome/index4.html . I'm using IE
5 and windows 98 with everything enabled.

The scrolling marquee on mouseover is an interesting effect, but not easy
to read, and it took a good while for me to figure out that it was part of
your navigation info, so it was changing extremely rapidly and impossible to
understand as my mouse passed over your various navigation elements.

I do like the italics on link mouseovers; it's a nice subtle effect. I also
like the underlining of visited links.

Just my opinion,
Kim
