About a month ago I asked for a critique on this site and got some great
feedback.  I have  completely re-designed the site and would like feedback
again  on navigation, loading time, and my big one, is the text
understandable?  I'm working with a Doctor on this site and trying to take
his information and make it understandable to the normal person.  The URL is
