Got to it this time.

What is the purpose of the initial screen that then refreshes to the
main screen?  Wouldn't it be better to go directly to the main screen?
I could see no reason for that delay.

Most of the time, animation detracts from what a person wants to
accomplish.  For me, in the Contents page, the flying doves [?] draw my
eye away from the information you are trying to attract me
to--especially when there are a dozen or two all flapping together!  :)

When you are at the home page (rad.htp), why do you have a link to the
home page (rad.htp)?

You have the "new" page on the nav bar on the home page listed as "New."
Yet, when you get there, it is called "Notes."  Consistency would be
nice.  Also, for many people, light text on black background is very
hard to read.  Finally, your nav icons are very hard to distinguish on a
dark background.

Your home, contents, and archive pages have snowflakes as the background
graphic.  Your new page has something totally different.  It appears to
be a very different site.  

I was surprised to find the archive page to be archives of other
people's work.  For some reason, I believed that it was archives of
something you did.

On a couple of pages, you had pictures, i.e., Snow Picture, Tractor
Picture, that I couldn't see any connection to the text surrounding it.
