1.  Why do you have that initial black 10-second screen?

2.  Even though you took care of the "lawyer-speak" you are still
treading on legal areas within intellectual property and Geocities own
guidelines.  Is the A&M logo a logo of A&M University or Republic of
Texas?  If it is, you must have permission to use it.  You do put a
disclaimer on the bottom of the index2.html, however you do not state
that you have permission to use the logo.  Regardless of the disclaimer,
you are still required to have permission.

3.  On your third line of buttons, the line starting with the "bovine"
graphic, the second graphic from the left does not load.  I have
"reloaded" several times and entered the site at different times and it
does not load.

4.  On the index2.html page, you state "WELCOME TO THE REPUBLIC OF
TEXAS A&M WEB PAGE."  This certainly does lead one to believe that your
site is affiliated with one of the two entities that you disclaim.  

5.  Get rid of the Under Construction line and graphics.  It is well
known that all Web sites are dynamic, not static.
