One point that I wanted to address specifically as I haven't had enough
time to really view your site is the issue of Copyright.  I realize that
you have the disclaimer at the bottom of the home page, yet, according
to a coworker who is a copyright attorney (I work in a law firm handling
patents, trademarks, copyright, all called intellectual property), you
could still be infringing.  Below is a copy of her e-mail when I sent
your disclaimer to her:

"Yes [to the infringing question] unless there is something we don't
know about the relationship of the parties or the works.  [Another
attorney] and I were discussing this issue the other day in conjunction
with music and the fact that it is not uncommon for fan clubs etc. to
have unauthorized web sites and put in copyrighted material.  Those
usually work to the benefit of the copyright owner however and aren't
often challenged.  
     The Internet creates an interesting twist to the traditional rules
of the game."

So, you may want to be aware of the possibility of action taken.
