Hi Don,
I think Mr. Lawryk put into words what I really couldn't. Your pages are 
well laid out, but they seem like they lack a bit of color. Personally I 
favor white as a background, it looks both professional and happy. If 
you want to keep the background black, you could add some more images, 
icons or buttons, to brighten it up. Other than that, it seems like you 
got it down =)
