Hello I am once again in need of your collective genius.

I have redone a site for a paintball suplly store as a gift because they
have wonderful customer service and thought it would be a nice thing to
do.  Anyway I would like it to be critiqued on:

1. Navagability
2. Aesthetics
3. Load times (I suspect on the 45 second area)

If you compare I think the new one is better.
