1998 Walktoberfest Site

Please critique The 1998 Palo Alto Walktoberfest site.  I really need 
some help with color coordination.  I realize the blue color used in the 
navigation bar doesn't look right.  Please suggest a better color that 
goes well with the background color.

If you click on the "Committee" button and enter "test" as the password, 
you'll see "Transfer Interrupted" comes up momentary.  Can someone tell 
me what I'm doing wrong in password.html?
