Hello, All!
Please take a look at the following site (especially if you use Netscape) ,
and tell me if you have problems with it loading --

The first page is a "splash" that includes  links to the next page (the
image and an underlined link), as well as being set to go to the next page
after several seconds. The rest of the pages are primarily text (lots of
text) with a title graphic at the top.

The client reports when she tried to access it:
"...here's what I get: the big title comes up 
w/white background. Then if I wait it goes to a page with about 4-5 small
lines of type. Then I try to get down the page with my arrow and 
get nothing but miles of white until I get to the very bottom - that can't
be normal, can it? Then, once there, are the references to other articles,
price etc. I tried to go to the phoenix article and saw it go to an address
w/phoenix in it but it showed me nothing. And then I couldn't get back with
the "back" to any of it!" 

I believe the client is using Netscape on a Mac -- I use IE and have no
trouble.
I have a "frame-breaker" at the top of the pages -- could this be
interfering with loading? 

I've checked it through several validators, and no major problems were
reported.
