Pers Site Critque Request - Frames

Please review my new personal home page.  I'm using nested frames and no 
noframe version is available yet.  I would like to know about the 
following:

1. Does all the frames line up?

2. Can you still navigate when your browser window is smaller than my 
complete frame?

3. Load time acceptable?

4. I use bgcolor and background images in table cells (probably not 
legal).  Do they work on your browser?

5. Do you get Javascript error message when browsing with IE?

6. Try click on a thumbnail picture in the "Hobbie" section under 
"Photography".  Does it open a separate sized window?  I hope the small 
window is sized properly (i.e. no scroll bars).

7. Color scheme too bland?

8. What browser are you using?

Other comments and critiques are certainly welcome.  Thanks in advance 
for taking the time.
