Nice job on your site, and some interesting information. Except
that you need to go through and correct spelling errors ,(Alpha
Witch noted several, so I'll not repeat them here), there's little
else to change.

Here goes - The color of your text in your frame menu is very
difficult to read, and clashes with the green of your links. It
might be better if you find a different, and non-dithering, color. 

It would be nice to see a non-frames version. Your button to return
to main page on your About Me page does not show - perhaps another
typo?

Load time was fine, also. 

My viewing stats: MSIE 3.02; Windows 95 Pentium PC; screen  set to
800x600 with a couple of pages viewed at 640x480, 256 colors; 33.6
connection.
