Hi Kim,

Very nice, very professional looking. A site with genuinely useful
content, and it loads quickly too!

I can think of only a few things which could be improved on:

::Home page::
You have used the body tag to set the text to black and the links to dark
blue. That's fine. But in some places you've used the font tag to change
the body copy to the same dark blue as the links. This is confusing
because if you've turned off link underlining (as I have) you can't see
where the links are.

::FAQ page::
Each answer page repeats all of the questions (but without all of the
answers). It seems that to me that it would be more effective, less
confusing and faster to simply have a "go back to questions" button on
each answer page, rather than repeating all the questions. It confused me
because when I saw that all the questions were there, I expected to see
all the answers too (that being the default way to lay out a faq). And it
took longer to load, because all that extra text had to be loaded each
time. And adding one question to the faq means that every single answer
page has to be updated (unless these are all script-generated?).

::Navigation::
The links on the secondary pages seemed to be randomly selected from a
larger pool rather than follow a logical sequence. Perhaps the structure
would make more sense to an insurance person, but perhaps you need to add
a site map (if there is one, I didn't see it).
