It loaded up very quickly - but then I'm also in SA :)

It's much too wide for a 640x480 screen - the only reason I can see for
this is the seemingly random widths set in the table tags. I would remove
them - I don't think they're necessary.

I find the navigation/information layout rather confusing in that you have
2 links to skills, 2 links to experience, etc. I can see that they are
going to different places, but it's not immediately obvious. Also, there's
no difference that I can see, between the overview and the detailed info
for any of the sections (except perhaps skills). It's rather annoying to
think you're going to get more info and then get exactly what you've just
seen but in a bigger font! I would take all the overviews off the home
page (they're just taking up space) and keep just the intro and the links.
Also take off the pseudo-link to Home.

I would consider adding a section with personal details, hobbies, perhaps
a picture, so that people know they're dealing with a real person. At the
moment you're presenting yourself as a highly skilled, highly efficient
automaton. Just my opinion!

Copy: "I hereby give you my word of honor that I will always give my
ultimate best to any project I work on." I'm not sure that a pledge given
to all and sundry over the web really holds any water. I would take this
out. "I am, and will always be, on the cutting edge of technology." This
sounds (to me) a little pompous.
